Procedures for responding to client complaints

The OCCRC recognizes that in spite of efforts made to meet clients’ needs, there may be times when clients are not satisfied with the services received. We will address accordingly any correspondence received from a client for the purposes of a concern or complaint.

If you have a concern about a program or service received at the OCCRC, please consider the following options available to you: – Discuss your concerns with the staff providing the program or service if you are comfortable doing so. You may also ask to speak to the manager or coordinator of the program or service for help; or – Complete a Client concern, suggestion or compliment form, available at our reception desk. The Executive Director, Program Manager and staff involved will handle the complaint forms. We will contact you within 5 working days after receiving your written complaint; or – You may also send your feedback by telephone at (613) 830-4357, by email at or mail at Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource, 240 Centrum Blvd. – Unit 105, Orléans, ON  K1E 3J4.
