Mental Health - Counselling

Services are specifically designed for men and are professionally facilitated by accredited psychotherapists. Tailored individual programs to specifically meet men’s needs in a way that speaks to men.

The Mental Wellness Team provides holistic and culturally relevant services to Indigenous individuals and families.  Individual, family and group counseling services, as well as group services/programs to support seniors, men, women, children and youth on their path to healing and wellness.

Abuse

Program for men ages 18 and older who are victims of sexual abuse.

Provides emotional support, practical assistance, referrals and advocacy to individuals who have been victimized as a result of a crime or tragic circumstance, without judgment in order to lessen the impact of victimization.

Involves youth in a global movement to end gender-based violence and to promote gender equality.

Awareness campaign that sensitizes men and boys to measures to end violence against women.

Provides clothing suitable for a job interview and clothing suited for work – for low-income men who are also jobless and looking for work.

LGBTTQIA+ Services

Give people personal and peer support to understand and inhabit their particular identities with confidence and courage, whatever kind of identity it is. Often takes place when these people experience emotional crises and are most vulnerable physically and mentally.
