The Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasmine Thibault as the new Executive Director. Jasmine Thibault officially began her role on January 27, 2025, and started actively leading in her role on February 10 following a transition period with the previous ED.
Ms. Thibault holds a B.A. from Concordia University and a M.Sc. in Anthropology from the Université de Montréal. With many years of experience in the community sector, she was the Director of Community Programs at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services in Toronto. Ms. Thibault was also the Director of Programs at the Masey Centre for Women and at the Centre francophone de Toronto.
Ms. Thibault has a wide range of experience and skills to lead the Centre and continue to offer the highest calibre of services to the people of our communities. We want to thank sincerely Luc Ouellette for his leadership and dedication over the past 17 years at the Centre. Thanks to his leadership, the Centre has expanded its scope of services to the population of our communities. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
