The City of Ottawa is responsible for planning and managing local licensed child care and early years services. The City just launched an online survey to hear from parents about their child care experiences and needs. The information will be used to develop a five-year plan with the goal of improving access to quality child care services for Ottawa’s families.
The survey is for parents of children 0-12 who have a child(ren) in child care (in centres, schools, or in home child care) or parents who will be looking for child care in the next 18 months. Parents can access the survey link at ottawa.ca/childcare until December 16, 2018.
