Intake Workers offer short-term (4 – 6 sessions) counselling for individuals and families to assist in the resolution of various issues. Referrals can sometimes be coordinated with community partners for ongoing counselling.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) Network provides free bereavement support to families who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy at any stage or the death of their baby up to 12 months of age.  We welcome families in Ontario who have suffered a pregnancy or infant death to contact PAIL Network to complete their intake and join with others who share in their grief.

PAIL Network has trained volunteer supporters with a shared lived experience of loss to facilitate these support groups in your community.  No one should have to grieve alone.  We are here to help. This group is available in both English and French.

Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) is a substance abuse and problem gambling counselling service for seniors offered across the City of Ottawa. Support is provided for men and women aged 55 and older who are concerned about their alcohol or drug use or problem gambling.
