Food donations

Regular office hours for food donations:

Tuesday: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. to 4:30  p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Canned fruits
  • Peanut butter
  • Canned vegetables
  • Canned juice (tomato and apple)
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Tomato paste
  • Canned meat (ham, salmon, turkey and chicken)
  • Flour/sugar/rice
  • Assortment of pasta
  • Vegetable oil
  • Snacks for school (granola bars/juice boxes/fruit cups)
  • Gluten-free products
  • Soap/shampoo/toothpaste
  • Tampons/sanitary pads
  • Laundry soap
  • Toilet paper
  • Diapers #5 and #6
  • Pull-ups (L and XL)/Goodnites

The Food Bank accepts all perishable food:

  • Meat
  • Milk
  • Bread
  • Margarine
  • Eggs
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

Before dropping off any perishable food to the OCCRC Food Bank, please make sure that the Food Bank is open: 613 830-4357.
