“These questionnaires are designed to investigate attitudes about seeking services for mental health care, including: 1) demographics, 2) your beliefs about community attitudes toward people who seek professional help for mental health problems, 3) your personal attitudes toward people who seek help for mental health problems, 4) your personal beliefs about seeking psychological treatment, 5) psychological distress, 6) the extent to which you feel a part of the Canadian culture, 7) intentions to seek treatment if you needed it, 8) religiosity, 9) knowledge of mental health service and 10) history of treatment for mental health problems.”
